Corey Hunt is a Master Electrician and the Owner of Rocky Coastal Electric, based in the Lewiston-Auburn area of Maine. Raised locally, Corey grew up with humble beginnings and developed his work ethic early through sports like basketball, skateboarding, and disc golf. His path into the trades began at a career center in Lewiston, where he was searching for direction and discovered the electrical field.

Corey started his career in 2014 working on solar installations in Massachusetts with a roofing company entering the solar space. He began as a helper, traveled extensively for work, and later became a foreman. After the birth of his first child, he shifted focus closer to home and continued building his skills through hands-on experience, eventually earning his Master Electrician license in the state of Maine.

He later joined the IBEW and traveled across the United States, working with multiple locals, including projects as far west as California. Those years strengthened his technical expertise and leadership skills. In March 2023, Corey launched Rocky Coastal Electric. The company has grown steadily and has become widely known in the region for reliable, high-quality electrical work.

Corey is passionate about solar energy, EV technology, and continued learning. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, basketball, swimming, and staying active. His Christian faith plays a central role in his life, and he regularly supports his church community.

Through his work, Corey aims to build not just a strong business, but a respected personal brand rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and steady growth.
